Yes, due to the unique nature of our delivery service, additional fees apply in certain circumstances:

• Deliveries to busier parts of London – A £5 fee applies to postcodes in Central London or other high-traffic areas such as Wembley, Wimbledon or other such busy areas where parking is limited and congestion is significant.

• Deliveries within a Congestion Zone (London) – A £15 fee will apply for deliveries in this zone, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover this charge.

• Flat deliveries – A £3 - £5 flat fee is applicable for deliveries to buildings with multiple floors or complex access.

• Deliveries not based in Richmond - If you’re collection address is a significant distance from Richmond (where we are based), there will be a £10 fee or higher, depending on the distance for collecting from this address.

Please note, while this list highlights the most common fees, additional charges may apply in other scenarios.

We're more than happy to deliver multiple items to the same address. There is an additional fee for each extra item, which depends on the size and weight of the item. We aim to provide a seamless service, ensuring all your deliveries are handled with care.

Yes, we can handle flat or apartment deliveries for an additional fee. This small fee typically covers handling and parking costs, as our drivers often need to park for more than 5 minutes to deliver directly to your door. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible while ensuring your items are safely delivered.

We understand that sometimes you may have a special request for a delivery. Whether you need the item delivered to a specific location, want to make changes to your booking, or anything else, we're here to help. Simply reach out to us via WhatsApp or Instagram at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Absolutely! Our drivers will always capture a photo as proof of delivery. You will also receive a notification, either via Instagram direct message, WhatsApp or email (depending on your booking method), confirming that your item has been successfully delivered.

Changing the delivery or collection address is usually manageable, as we understand that plans can shift. However, please be aware that last-minute changes may disrupt our scheduled deliveries, so advance notice is ideal.

If you need to change an address, an additional fee may apply. This could be due to:

• Increased mileage between the new collection and delivery addresses.

• Last-minute changes when the driver is already en route, which can affect timing and logistics.

We'll always do our best to accommodate your request, given adequate notice.

There is no waiting fee for the first 10 minutes after the scheduled delivery time. After that, a charge of 25p per minute applies. Our drivers can wait a maximum of 30 minutes, after which the item will be returned to the collection address later in the day. In most cases, the driver will leave the item with a neighbour or a safe place. Please ensure the recipient is at the delivery address during the time the item has been requested to be delivered, especially for cakes and more delicate items.

We typically collect and deliver between 10:00 and 19:00, Monday through Sunday. However, in special circumstances, we can arrange collections as early as 08:00, with deliveries completed by 20:00 at the latest. There may be an additional fee associated to this, as it outside of our driver’s regular working hours. This can only be arranged if the booking has been made in advance

You will only be entitled for a refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled collection time for the delivery. For example, if your collection time is 9am, you must cancel before 9am the day before.
