Whether you're a business or an individual customer, we can collect your cake from a shop, bakery, or your nominated location, including a home address.

• A 4" - 5" cake is classified as small.

• A 6" to 9" cake is considered a medium.

• A 10" to 12" cake is considered a large.

Yes, as cakes are delicate and require special handling and extra care, there may on occasion, be additional costs.

When providing cake details, please specify the number of tiers, as this impacts the delivery price. Multi-tier cakes require extra care and handling, and will incur an additional fee ranging from £15 to £30 depending on the number of tiers.

For cakes with more than one tier, delivery is typically made to the doorstep. However, when delivering to flats, apartments, or buildings, our drivers are only permitted to deliver to the reception or ground floor. The customer will need to collect the cake from there to ensure safe handling of this delicate item.

We currently accept wedding cake deliveries for cakes up to a maximum of 3 tiers, up to 30 inches tall in total (size of box). Due to the size and handling requirements of wedding cakes, there is an additional charge depending on the size of the cake and number of tiers. Yes, to ensure a safe and secure delivery, there must be parking available close to the delivery address. In busier areas, such as Central London where parking is limited, an additional parking fee will apply to allow the driver to park as close as possible for safe handling of the cake.
